I believe growth occurs when we courageously stay along the edges of our comfort zone and gently press into that boundary widening it inch by inch, increasing our capacity.
I believe healing occurs when we fully allow ourselves to feel our pain, to sit with it, to befriend it, and to find out that it has edges and boundaries ...
a beginning and an end.
About Sandy
I am an IFS Level 1 clinical social worker, Yoga teacher, and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner specializing in the integration of the whole being.
I work from a trauma-informed, strengths based and empowerment focus to support individuals and families to reach optimal healing and wellness.
My practice is a welcoming and open space for all. I am allied and in community with BIPOC folks, youth, all members of the LGBTQ community, and Dreamers.
I join you in this work with over 17 years of experience. After graduating with my masters degree I worked with youth and families in school and home settings, hospice care, and First Nation youth mental health.
Our work together is a collaboration. I invite you into this journey.
